Dream Lume is a South African online store operated as a sole proprietorship. Dream Lume is a trading name and is not represented as a separate registered company.
PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information are accurate. Product colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen and lighting.
PRICES
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, subject to applicable law.
ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Orders are subject to successful payment and product availability. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
PAYMENT
Payment must be completed using an available checkout payment method. Dream Lume does not intentionally store full payment card details.
DELIVERY
Dream Lume currently ships within South Africa only. Our standard shipping fee is R100 per order. Estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
